Make paper airplanes with different wing shapes

Every plane must be able to balance the four forces of flight—lift, thrust, weight and drag—to be able to get off the ground. Building models can help engineers learn more about how a plane might fly before they build the real thing. Educator Elaine shows how to fold paper airplanes inspired by real aircraft that we have on display at the Science Center. Fly the paper airplanes to learn about the real planes' form and function.
